Inspired by the smoky BBQ, rich spices, and late-night energy of Burns Road, we opened our Ajax location in 2025 to share the real taste of home. Meats are marinated in a unique blend of South Asian spices like red chili, cumin, coriander, garlic, and ginger, with a splash of lemon or vinegar for tang.
